Disposal of remaining Food Packaging
Upon check-out of guests, all food packaging in the freezer must be discarded. Food packages in the other cabinets to be used for this matter, must be evaluated when a guest has left the cabin. It is ok to leave some basic ingredients but it should not be stored to much food in the cupboard. Especially open and almost empty packages can be discarded.
Storage of kitchen equipment
We would like the guests to find the kitchen equipment when they are making food. To be able to have some kind of structure, you need to look after how the guests has placed the different tools when they check out of the cabin. To ease this task we have made this page.
The following pictures show what should be the contents of the various drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. The instructions starts with the cabinet above the kitchen bench and continue with the cabinets from the window towards the light-house.
